Shopify Apps
Refunds for Shopify app subscriptions are handled through the Shopify App Store billing system in accordance with Shopify's policies. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@vedantara.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom Services
Refund terms for custom development, consulting, and other professional services are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits and work completed are non-refundable. Please refer to your specific contract or contact us for details.
Cancellation
You may cancel Shopify app subscriptions at any time through your Shopify Admin. For ongoing service contracts, cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. We require written notice as outlined in your contract.
